some ppl might say no about this because not many ppl hav paypal including me, but i think it would be a great idea if mayb after every like 200 members or 2000 posts every one on staff sends in a dollar to gfx junk it could really help the entire site grow.

I paid for the current license we got for the ipb that was 150 dollars ;) and i am now hoping to get it back by getting more VIP members and people that are clicking the ads :)
