Two suggestions

1) The 'thanks' page is annoying. :P Disable it? xD

2) Add a link to the Referral section to the top bar, aswell as fix the text in the referral section (capitalization on some words, pending referrals page says 'referral methods' etc. :P

For the link in the top bar, you need to edit the template bit in look & feel, uhm.. global board header, I think it is.
The text, you'll need to edit one of the referral mod files, I forget which exactly.
