Like my title states, I hate to admit this, but I'm kinda lookin' for some help on this subject.

I'm fifteen, just so you all know.

I've had a girlfriend before, but never asked a girl out. In fact, we just silently agreed on it, and in the end, she turned out dumping me for her uncle.

I've had a bad experience with girls.

Well...

There is this girl at school. :D

I like her and all that....

I met her a few months ago playing hacky-sack. She joined in, and we hit it off, but never exchanged names. I feel really dumb now, looking back on it.

Well, she's two years older than me, and is a Junior in High School, whereas I'm a Freshman. I like her a lot, and am trying, and I stress trying, to work up some courage in asking my first girl out to a movie.

But everything has gone all wrong.

I just found out that she didn't know my name.

Everyday in the halls we stop and hug each other, but haven't for the past week, and I feel like I did something wrong.

She confides a few things in me, like how she and her boyfriend just broke up and such, but she did so while smiling and laughing. Is that good?

I was supposed to tell her my name on Monday, which I didn't see her.

Wednesday was supposed to be me getting her number/myspace. Didn't happen because I locked up and lost my voice.

I was supposed to get paid last night and was supposed to ask her to the movies tonight. She wasn't there and I didn't get paid.

Now, what am I to do?

I'm very inexperienced at this, asking a girl out, and just can't seem to do it. Especially not to someone who is two years older than me.

Any advice or help :D

I used to be a boy that never asked a girl out since i got asked out enough :) So you could wait until she asks you out, but in your case it is better to ask her out :). But before asking her out i would know her a little bit better, start talking with her and exchange myspace and name etc.. than it will be loads easier to ask her out.

Mate, A lot of good advice been given to you here.

Well personally ive had quite a few girlfriends and i always go out with people for ages! Like months n months. I have made a few mistakes such as not talking much like you and being shy around them or just simply scared what they think or etc. This is not the right way to go about it. Basically you just have to go and get it done with. Sitting back and not talking or what ever just makes the relationship between you alot worse.
In all my relationships i have basically got to know them on msn by talking to them. They helps alot. However if you are a guy who is shy at first, this also doesnt help sometimes. For example, some girls i have been out with, i spoke to them loads on msn, however hardly atall in person. If you get what i mean. So basically here i think im saying dont be too scared to talk to her and get to know her a little before you asked her on a date.
I think my relationship atm, is the only one that i can talk to her loads and understand her etc. See if you can do that with this girl.
