Need Beginner Tut's

I need like beginner beginner tuts, like for retards. The beginner tuts I have read I don't fully understand them. If someone can find or post like really easy but cool ones it would be very much appricated :)

i can find some .psds that are begginner and give you for free since you only got 7 points ;)
