Today's day was the opening night of our school play, The Tempest, by William Shakespeare.
I'm in it. I'm a sailor in the first scene and a faerie spirit thing in the rest. The crowd wasn't big, but I wasn't expecting it to be, since it's only Thursday. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will get more people because it's the weekend.
It was pretty exciting and I'm proud of myself, especially because the makeup for the faerie spirit things was really good, thanks to me, because I'm head of makeup crew.
But, I'd have to say that the best part was that while I was changing from sailor to faerie between scenes in the dressing room, Nic (who I talk about in my other threads in the Growing Up section) kissed me for the first time ;)
