Reason: Classing Team: Iwould like to join this team because I feel I am very good at looking at a work, and disecting it; pointing out SPECIFICLY the imperfections; the flow, the text, whatever it may be. But I won't just say "Your text sucks!", I would say something along the line of "I think everything looks really nice, but the text leaves much to be desired."

Moderator: I have ran several dozen forums before as admin, and I feel I am good enough to IPB to keep down the spam that may have been there.

6. Experience: Classing Team: At this time, not officialy. I have been told many times before on GameRenders I am very good at critiquing people's art.

Moderator: I have moderated and admined at many sites, altogether, I would say there have been close to 100 sites I have admined/modded.

#1 is a little to bland. It needs dome more effects, on the left side there is a hint of some effects, but not a whole lot. And also, the lighting effect over his right shoulder is a little too much. In the upper right hand corner of the signature, there is a little dark spot, and it really draws my eye to that section, but there is nothing to look at there, but a shadow. I think a soft white brush with a soft light opacity would fix that problem. I would say this is a medium-high novice signature.

#2 is really nice, and if you look at the top, it looks as if there was a border, a small one with a low opacity or possible soft light, but it goes into nothingness. It might have been made to be like this, and it is really drawing my eye all around the rest of the signature to see if there is any more of it. The text isn't all that good, the two font faces definitly clash with one another, and there is no over ll flow to the signature. It seems like a lot of brushing, and some minimal effects. Over all, it is a upper noive-lower mod.

#3 is amazing, but there is way to much white in the background. The background looks as if the over all signature was made to be made as black and white, but the render itself is colored. There are also two random bars of the render just kind of floating without meaning. I kind of see the meaning to the eyes one, but the neck one? That looks as if the creator was bored, and needed some more filling, so he just stuck in some random bars of the render. Over all, it is really nice. There is no sign of text nor a border. I would say low mod.

#4 leaves much to be desired overall. The dimensions is very bad, almost like it was the first signature they had made. The background looks like it might have been clouds, with a blur to it. There is no sign of C4Ds, or any effects for that matter. The only good thing about the signature is the font. The font looks better alone then the signature as a whole. This person must have just started, or the creator has no idea how to use C4Ds. I would say high beginer-low novice.

#5 is my favorite overall. The big problems with this is that you can see a good part of part of Spiderman's costume. There is no sign of Spiderman's head, but just a section off his suit. THe creato should have blurred it some more, to fit in more with the whole signature. Also, the text is hard to read. It does say 'Venom Nate' but the two font faces clash with one another. You can definitly tell there are some effects, and it goes with the signature well, but the effects domainate the whole right part of the siggy. It is hard to tell where effects stop and render starts. Overall, this signature is a medium to upper intermediate.

Yea :P When I say moderate, I mean inter :P My friend calls it moderate, and I say inter, and I get confused quite alot.

I updated it in case other admins or mods come in and look at it, so they dont get confused.

I say no, your sigs arent skilled enough yet to rank people, after you get more advanced than you can rate people, but i say no on your current skill level sorry.

I myself don't find that fair. I am good at critiquing something, because I have heard it and I have sat down and learned how to do it to my own work, and that's why I can do it. I think my current ceating skill shouldn't be broughten into the picture, but that might just be me.

Its just some people dont like to be ranked by people who are novice/mod or some even think they want to get ranked ny inter people so ;)..
You may be good I dont know.. But wherever you go you only see inter+ in the ranking crew..
Just improve in your gfx etc.. and im sure youll be good enough by then to :)..

I might not be the best, but I have taken so much time out of my life to leanr how to crique images, so I could critique my own and work on them. I dont think its fair that because I'm not a certain level, that I don't get the spot. You can see my critiques are really advanced, and I know what I'm talking about, and I think that's all that shoud count.

that does make a big difference, and im not trying to be a dick i know your skilled in critiquing, but like vera said people dont want to be ranked by people who are mod or below, thats why i only rank if i have to and noone else will.......personally i think some people should be taked off the ranking crew due to inactivity.......


but anyways......i read your critiques you gave to those signatures, you do know what your talking about in means of necessities in digital art, flow, lighting, etc.....but i think your overall knowledge of photoshop is to low to be a ranking crew person, im sorry thats just my opinion, id reapply in a month or so and then ill probably reconsider when your higher gfx level and a stronger knowledge of photoshop, once again im not trying to be mean, but i just dont think your ready for ranking crew sorry.......


and since your on the ad team id like to see you getting more referrals for the forum, we need more people in that area more than anything.........thanks for applying but denied by me for now.
