What's your take on it? Should the U.S. be over there? Is Bush just in it for oil? Why did the U.S. go after Saddame and basically forget about Bin Laden?
Just some topic starters. I'll post my opinion later. Lol.

Not only those leaders are the problem but whole thought of most of them is wrong :/
when people think and believe that they should kill all the non-believers or believers in an other god then your pretty far from reality. So if there are too many of those people Bush should've never gone there but well now they are there they should make the best of it and yeah please kill Osama :/ son of a bitch
status.

Ok, my whole feeling about the war is that we should have pulled out when we could. To bring everyone home now creates danger, because stuff is still happening over there. I believe it was a mistake to leave them their for this long, but it will also be a mistake to immediately pull the soldiers out. :/

We should've never gone to Iraq in the first place. The whole reason we're there is oil. And Bush can deny it all he wants. This whole Operation Iraqi Freedom. Umm, ok, we got rid of Saddame, but if you've noticed, things have gotten worse since we've been over there than when Saddam ruled. Sure, he killed anyone who opposed him, but thing is most were fine with that as it's all they knew, and if they hated it, they kept quiet and went on with life. Now, we have thousands dying all over, and everyday soldiers are dying, getting injured, and they never know who's the enemy and who isn't. It's like another Vietnam move in my opinion, minus us getting our asses kicked. We should've never intervened.

Well everyone seemed to support it right after 9/11... it was kinda like the U.S going into WWII after Pearl Harbor, except this enemy is not nearly as bad as Hitler so it lost support. Now we're trying to stay to "help" but now everyone just wants to get out of there. But I'm guessing I don't have all the info, and can't see how much (or how little) we are helping so I don't think I have the authority to decide whether or not to stay or get out.
But I know we should still support the troops, they are not the ones deciding whether not we should stay there...

Well, actually, after 9/11, we went after Osama in Afghanistan. Then all of sudden we went to Iraq for Saddame. THAT'S when it lost support. Everyone was all for killing and catching Osama, but Saddame was a totally new ball game.

shouldn't be there.
Fighting a lost cause imo, if it takes this long to find one man theres something wrong. Especially when nearly everyone in the world has seen him. And many do say the war is over the oil, but im speaking from the point of view that they are there to find Osama.
Also what about the weapons of mass destruction that he illegibly sent them there to find? Theres as much chance of finding them as there is making peace.

In Iraq? And why would he be there?
Couldn't have said it better myself. We could've pulled out at one point, but now we can't. We have to stay there for who knows how long now and do as much as we can.

I hope everyone knows why 9/11 actually happened, and that it isn't Iraq's fault.
In the first Bush Administration, we were granted permission by Iraq's former leader (who could care less about the people) to establish a military base in Iraq, but unfortunately the base was established on the muslim's holy land. They were not happy, so they first attempted to bomb the world trade center with a small van in front of the building (very little damage). That was a warning. America's actions grew when oil had been discovered, and more military bases were being established. Then, as many as you know, 9/11 happened. As soon as 9/11 happened, Congress stated war. Only if America had seen the signs sooner, we wouldn't be in this mess. Republicans still don't admit that this stupid war was all of our fault, and that they did not start the war, we "Invaded" them.
I could go into more detail, but that would be boring, but that's just a overview. Sooooooo, no, I don't believe we should have ever "INVADED" Iraq, they didn't do anything to us. I'm tired now.

I watched a documentary about it and it was saying the Americans planned it, the steal that kept the building up was cut perfectly, but hey i dont know!

There are so many conspiracy theories and theories it was so many other terrorist organizations that no one honestly knows what to believe really happened except we saw the World Trade Centers fall.

very little damage? people still got hurt, the fucking terrorist monkeys should be shot on public television.
and we dont know for shure about them doing nothing, im positive there was some terrorist activity down there.
and saddam really was dangerous, he killed so many people in his own land just because they belonged to some other religion or something (dont remember the name)
but then again, he kept the land quiet, when US invaded and there was no dictator to execute em, all hell broke out.

You do realize that if we just jump out of Iraq and the Middle East, they are going to retaliate and bring that shit war to OUR country.
Ever have a band-aid when you were a kid and were scared shitless to take it off because you knew it'd hurt. When you did rip it off, you were pissed at the band-aid and possibly threw it. That's the same with the war. If we just jump on our helicopters and boats and leave right away, they are still going to be pissed about it and possibly bring the war to our country with more terrorist attacks. Personally, I'm all for the war. If your excuse for NOT liking the war is because of the hundreds of men and women that die in the war... it's pretty retarded. They know what they are signing up for and they know that they are going to be risking their lives, so don't give me this bullshit about Bush killing all these men and women.
Support your country or get the fuck out. ^_^

Things have been worse because of the dictator leaders and run the country. Who wouldn't want a free nation? But when you got Jimmy over there telling his people that if they say shit about him, he'll put a bullet into their head, people are going to be quiet. They are going to go about their business and do exactly as they are told. That's how the country was run with Sadaam and that's how it's run now. America is trying to put into place a democratic nation over there, but it's not easy when that said country has been run under dictatorship since it's establishment.
I blame the British people though, they are the ones that "created" the Middle East back in the WWII days... haha

Don't get me wrong, I support our troops but not our current presidency.
I watched a documentary about it and it was saying the Americans planned it, the steal that kept the building up was cut perfectly, but hey i dont know![/b]
Lol, that sounds crazy.

So your part of the 25% who supports Bush? Thought people were smarter now.
They know what they are signing up for and they know that they are going to be risking their lives, so don't give me this bullshit about Bush killing all these men and women.[/b]
Actually you know something? This brings reminds me to bring something up. Vincent Bugliosi recently wrote a book called "The Prosecution of George W. Bush for Murder." Vincent had sent the book to many Congressmen to read, the book all changed their minds about the war. The Congressmen were now convinced this was a faulty war and we should of never in in Iraq. Vincent is set to mail a book to every congressmen and ask to read to help impeach Bush as soon as his presidency ends, concidering it's to late to impeach him. Here's the summary of the book from amazon.
Famed Charles Manson prosecutor and three time #1 New York Times bestselling author Vincent Bugliosi has written the most powerful, explosive, and thought-provoking book of his storied career.
In The Prosecution of George W. Bush for Murder, Bugliosi presents a tight, meticulously researched legal case that puts George W. Bush on trial in an American courtroom for the murder of nearly 4,000 American soldiers fighting the war in Iraq. Bugliosi sets forth the legal architecture and incontrovertible evidence that President Bush took this nation to war in Iraq under false pretenses—a war that has not only caused the deaths of American soldiers but also over 100,000 innocent Iraqi men, women, and children; cost the United States over one trillion dollars thus far with no end in sight; and alienated many American allies in the Western world.
As a prosecutor who is dedicated to seeking justice, Bugliosi, in his inimitable style, delivers a non-partisan argument, free from party lines and instead based upon hard facts and pure objectivity.
A searing indictment of the President and his administration, The Prosecution of George W. Bush for Murder also outlines a legally credible pathway to holding our highest government officials accountable for their actions, thereby creating a framework for future occupants of the oval office. Vincent Bugliosi calls for the United States of America to return to the great nation it once was and can be again. He believes the first step to achieving this goal is to bring those responsible for the war in Iraq to justice.
I haven't read the book because I don't really read books, but I heard that it's a really good book.

I realize that in some ways we are fighting for freedom. The freedom of another culture,
but it seems to me that the multitude of that culture doesn't want freedom. I mean if someone
sent their own child out strapped down with a bomb what would that say to you? "Hey thanks
for the effort and keep up the good work!" Hell no! It says get out of here we dont want your help!
There are many other countries that need our support and would be happy to have it. There are children out there dying from something so simple as an infection, ppl who go to bed at night not knowing if they'll see daylight. Help those ppl first, thats my 2 cents.
