Im about to start a website, kind of like dA, without ads and everyone gets their own forums to admin. I think. Im still thinking. Do you think I should? It will cost me about $150+ a year, but I think if I get a job I will :) Everyone will get 500mb to do stuff with :D

it will take alot of time and effort but if you go the right way about it and get it popular it will all pay off :D good luck

haha you should allow pop-up ads since everyone has a pop-up blocker anyways :P

LoL. Im going to try and get it up over the summer, like a v1. But I'm not stealing the members :P Just giving em a bigger variety otside of dA :P

What do you think of the name Sector12? I was thinking s12.com or something would be cool :D

That's also the reason we got these ads under gfxjunk just to pay the bills since it can go really fast sometimes :/

Nah, I'm not going to do any ads :) I hate ads, and I think alot of other people do too. So I figure if I leave out all ads; pop ups, text, everything, except for non-paid ads (LIKE A LINK BACK TO HERE ;)) More people will join and it will be less of a hassle :D
