We added some mods ;) like the notification thingy on the top and also an introduction topic everytime somebody signs up :Dyou don't like it??

Fixed.
Any more problems with permissions post them here. They're currently being changed so that it's easier to organise access to certain areas (VIP/Staff Forums mostly).
