Actually, that is NoA_Andy of the Nintendo NSider Forums. He is the head Admin there, and is the person rapping that song. The person who made that video is a Moderator on the Nintendo Nsider Forums known at Pelord. His moderator rank is called Knight of Hyrule. :P
