for some reason i cant post threads in some sections and my internet wont load some internet pages any suggestions (i have firefox)

Which sections can't you post topics in?

As for your internet, maybe it's just going slow.. try clearing your cache/temp files.
You could also do a disk cleanup to try and speed things up a bit. Also, run a spyware/virus check.

your not going to be able to post in some forums like rankings and stuff. read the rules of that specific forum and then if it says that members should be able to post - then contact admins

There is nothing wrong with the permissions that would cause you to be unable to post topics in the general section, so this is not a problem with the board.

As Fiery said, you are not allowed to reply in certain sections (ranking, for example).
