I have seen this word being thrown around quite a bit and i understand that it is used to reduce noice and clean up pixelated jpegs and the likes, is this right?

What exactly is it, and where can i get it from? and how do i use it?

How many people use this? If its not free then should i consider buying it?

I'm sure this has been talked about before but i couldnt find anything, thanks,

Rad.

ps. Sorry for all the questions

Yea, you said run it through topaz. From what i can see, its an external program or a plugin that you can get along side PS?

yeah it's basicly a plug-in for ps. it adds new filters. kinda usefull to fix quality issue or to whore your tag with cheezy effets. I don't consider it as a "must" tho.

I'm not using it for long, just few days now. It seems handy in some situations.[/b]
