Little pen tool help.

I followed a tutorial with a pen tool but it doesnt work well i'll show you why I think there is a problem...

At the top, there should be some settings, hover over them and make sure you choose 'Paths' instead of 'Shape Layers'.

Thats becuase you have putted it on shape layers in the top left settings thing.. you should put it on paths.. and then when you amde your path.. right click and then stroke path.. ;)
atleast i think thats the problem :)

thanks guys but now another question, how come I can't select the inside of a shape like an oval?

Hmm you can select something in the layer by hovering ove the layer in the layer palette.. press ctrl then and click.. if you did everything right its now selected :)..

If this isnt what you ment then im not sure what you mean lol..

Lets say you have made a circle, but its white and has a black outline, you want to make the interiour red for example, how do you do it?

Buckt Fill? I don't really see what the problem is.

well the bucket fills the whole picture...

nvm found ow to do it ( right click, make selection, ok) <--- for thse who don't know :)
