tut section

I got the feeling the tut section isn't closed for non-members. I can't check it myself because for some reason i can't logg out, but if you watch the "who's online" you can see there guest watching tuts. If we want more members, we should close it for guests.

the public section of the tutorial forum is well... public. the rest (photoshop tut, 3d tut, misc. tut) is members only.
public tut contains only 54 tut atm. no big deal imo but it sure can be a long time before a guest run out of tutorial.

I noticed there where 40 guests online. Maybe we should make some of the tuts members only.
