Creating pet-site related items

Okay, Since I am working on a new pet site, I would love to learn how to create items. I dont have a scanner for my laptop http://www.gfxjunk.com/board/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sleep.gif Is there another way to create 'fruit' and other popular food items like the following. I would like my turnouts to look like these -

why dont ya just cut that stuff out? o wait you want original stuff, max you should have someone draw it for you and color it in........then scan it at school or something.
