let us edit topics?

yea i know that you mods and admins havnt noticed but the regular members cant edit topic titles or topic descriptions after the topic has been made. i dont see why this is disabled its no special ability. and its not too hard to fix.

so yea can u please tell me why this is disabled or enable it?

Enabled, because I see no real reason it shouldn't be O.o

If there's any specific reason it shouldn't be, then Frank can disable it.
