We already got 3 people interested in it and it just went on the market yesaterday there coming tomorrow, so i hope we sell it, w00t more money for me.

Damn, moving house sucks. I've had to move twice before and it's so stressful, grr. Lol, hope you get a good price for your house :)

Thats pretty sweet, here in Winnipeg right now our housing market is red hot. I think our house which is 1500sq feet will sell for close to $500,000 CND. We only made this house for 250,000 so were thinking about selling.

that sounds cool. the houses in my area are too expensive... too many crazy people bidding sky high prices...

Yeah where like the poor house in the neighbourhood :P Some other house can go for close to 2 million :o

ya lots of expensive houses here. I've seen a 4 million house before, but only because the footage was and acre. XD

In my area of scotland, people are buying houses nearly double of what they actually cost lal. I am moving house in 1-2 years.
Anyways GL in getting a good price for it !! :biggrin2:

well house value is determined by how much people are willing to pay for it. XD that's why crap ass houses in my town are 1 million USD. XD
