Rap or Country?

I love Rap music and I hate Country so, my question for everyone is which do you think it better?

I mean to me they both take no singing skill what so every....

also by far death metal is the worst.

I get into debates about this topic all the time.

I would say country does take singing skill more so than rap.

Rap is about the feel the rythm of the words.


Between the two I would pick rap though even though its not my fav.

Man all my albums feel so out dated,

I think country takes less skill because they don't even have to rhyme they just sing and sing bad.

Also know that I am including all country (with the twang in there voice and crying of there dead dog)

The only rap song i still listen to is Gangstar - full clip (since it was in The DC movie) and Chamillionaire Feat. Paul Wall - ghetto national anthem (since it was in the Forum - that movie)

Are you guys kidding me? I'd take Country over rap, and I used to love rap. Country is actually my favorite music genre. Not all of it is good mind you (like not all of 80s rock is good) but alot of it is. I notice that alot of people don't like country because they hear 2 mainstream songs on the radio or just assume that it's some guy complaining over misplayed chords about how his life sucks. It really isn't and saying that would be like saying all rap is about pimps and hos. ("Changes" is one of my favorite songs actually) Country is just more appealing to me. I like the smooth, melodic feel and passion it brings. A strange choice considering that I live in Brooklyn.
