I'm probably going to the midnight showing around here like I have with all the other movies but I must say that I haven't really enjoyed the movies that much. I liked the first movie the most.

I'm more a fan of the books. I'm not saying I don't like movies but I think that the Harry Potter movies miss way too much. Yes I know to incorporate all that is in the books would be difficult and would make the movies super long but I think that to give the books justice, they should do that.

Anyways, getting back off my tangent, I like the books a lot better. I'm more psyched for the book to come out but I hope that J.K. doesn't f*ck this book up like she did with the last one. Shes beginning to delve father away from what originally brought people to Harry Potter, Hogwarts and magic. Don't get me wrong, theres still magic in the books but it isn't as mystical as it was when she first began the books.

I totally agree, her last book was the worst. I think she was writing and she messed up or something like a big inconsistency or something, and she was running out time so she just made up the horcruxes. I mean she spent the most time on her last book and it was the worst.

PS I really like the movies. XD

I think that the movies are adaquetly satisfactory. :P

However, I began to create negative thoughts about the movies when I felt like they butchered the fourth book. It was my favorite book and they left out so much in the movie. It was a deep cut that bled for a long time.

ya, i hate how they cut out that huge quidditch match. I hate when movies cut out so much. i bet the 4th movie would have won at least 7 academy awards if it was as long as the Lord of the Rings last movie. XD

I hope they don't cut out so much from the 5th. but I still thought the fourth one was the best. The third one was the worst though.

I think the movies are quite good for the amount of time they have to fit everything into, I prefer to read the books though. I probably won't be going to the cinema to watch the newest movie when it comes out, I don't like paying to see them, lol. I'll.. acquire it, then pay for the DVD when it comes out if I like it enough.

I want the newest book too, but it'll sell out really fast and I haven't bothered trying to pre-order it xD

lol I never pre-order. I just go to Costco on the morning it's released and get it. It's cheaper than the pre-order that Borders and other bookstores offers anyways. and Costco doesn't run out. XD

The lack of Quidditch in the movies has bugged me a lot. I really enjoy reading of that and I imagined the Quidditch World Cup to be so amazing. Like I said, the book was butchered into the movie.

I hope the incorporate some of that in this movie. Also, I wonder what the reptillian-like horses that pull the carriages are going to look like. I hope they do a good job with those. (I can't think of their proper name.)

I'm going to pre-order still. I've been meaning to do that for ages now but I haven't been to a bookstore around here in some time too. If I don't pre-order it, it won't really be a loss. It'll just mean that I can't get the book at midnight and read until morning. One year I didn't pre-order and a local Wal-Mart had hundreds of copies left at around 6 A.M.

huge stores always have books. XD But I don't get mine at midnight though. XD

I hope they don't just leave the horses as invisible... that would be lame......

this movie fuckin sucked

except for the end where albus fights tom :ninja: that spell he does when that glass comes flying at him was sweet :ohmy1:

btw how come he never makes his bird fight? it can't die, it's super strong, and it blinds a giant snake
