Warnings?

Warn system that limits the amout people can post or dosnt allow them to do ceartin things when they have a ceartin % warm?

That way we dont have to just hit people with the Ban Stick.

The warn system is made to see how good or bad people are on the site http://www.gfxjunk.com/board/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif so if anybody has a warning of 20% he won't be accepted to the advertising team or vip etc.. as other people with 0% http://www.gfxjunk.com/board/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif.

And if you give somebody a warning you directly get the option to suspend or bann etc.. them http://www.gfxjunk.com/board/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif
