How do you put brushes into a folder? I can make them, but can't give them out because I can't put them into a folder xD

Into a folder?
Well save them as a brush set, on the same menu you use to load them.
Then you can give the .abr file out, or find the .abr file and zip it up.

Mkay, how do I get it so it only saves the brushes I want it to instead of every single brush on my list? xD

Uhm no copy/paste. O.o
In that same section, it should give the option of "Preset Manager", open that up and select all the brushes you don't want, then delete them so you should have those left you want to include. Then save the set.

xDD Is there a faster way to do that other than going through each one by one and clicking delete?

Select multiple brushes at a time, by holding Ctrl if they're not next to each other.
Or click on one, then press shift at the last one you want to delete (as long as they're all next to each other).
