well i dont know mate.. i i like to look through some nice psd's and see what people did. Seems to help. Ive just improved by experimenting really though.

But I would look at some pro .psds,i look at them from time to time,love their concept :)

I'm not a pro, but i've got some tutorials and the psd of many of my work on one site ... www.glnngfx.be.tt and maybe you find some work that you like... you can just watch them ;)

i personally posted some pro stuff there, vip's only like $5 bucks, and we accept public people with good personalities

tagmonkey's stuff is old as hell, and they dont release resources unless your at fff

Usually what I do is just go on google or something and search up tutorials. I've found some really insane things off of there.

Also try Deviant Art, they tend to have really good things as well.
