i need flash help

Well,here is the deal.
I am making a layout in flash and need help with animating it
This is what im trying to do and have so far ;)
I want to make a roll-over effect so when you put the cursor over an image on the top it
turns back into color.the original was colored but then i made it B&W so i could try
doing a roll over effect
