Reason: (why do you wish to join the staff) I think the staff could do with a mature adult to join them. I think I can help make some good improvements to the site including archiving the tutorial section. I have been an active member for quite some time and think this is one of the best run gfx forums out there, so I would like to help.
Experience: (Do you have experience for the position your applying?) I own and Admin my own forum (which is quite inactive right now). I know IPB pretty well and have help others setup hacks/mods (I actually installed a few on here when it was very new). I have moderated on some other sites but that was some time ago.
