I really agree with his rankings, he ranks very similar to me :) I don't mind that his work isn't the best, because all that matters is his ranking skills and he seems to do a good job.

Only problem that I see is I would like to see a bit more activity first. As of now we have a slight problem with ranking crew activity :/ Raise that post count up just a tad and it'd be an accept from me :)
