yes you can but if you're asked by that site to remove it you will have to remove it. Some places dont like others to advertise in their signatures and we understand that. :D

i wear at PR since i go there more then GR, they have a advertising forum where i make topics every couple days,then of course,they are cool with the banner as long as it is in your sig :)
